Also, location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, not too far away from Amed Street. The hotel was in a very pleasant area, close to supermarket and the beach and a good area with a view of the ocean.

I enjoyed the ocean view pool, the great restaurant, the large modern private bungalows with private bathroom, and of course the staff :)

We were pleased with the affordable prices at this venue, the comfortable air-conditioned room, cozy bed, and the spacious bathroom, as well as the great restaurant for both lunch and dinner.

I arrived and the manager wants me to pay more for the room,than the price was notice in Booked.net I complain that was no soap and shampo in the room, and he said that his hotel policy was like this and that I must accept or leave the hotel, very arrogant young men! The breakfast very poor. the staff no good at english there was a noice and dust of construccion building next door When people go to Hollydays is to rest and enjoy, not deal with those matters. The hotel has beautiful view but very incompetent management.

We had an amazing stay at Barong Cafe Bungalow And Restaurant. the room had a lovely ocean view, and the pool was fantastic. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we even got complimentary breakfast room service. the high-quality rooms were also a pleasant surprise for the price we paid.

It was an excellent experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Cons: Nothing could have been better, it was perfect!

We loved staying at these bongalows (5 nights). Relaxing location, peace, quiet, clean. Amazing view to the sea. Very good food.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Bali is full of amazing, nice people, but everyone at Barong was even more so. The bungalows are new and clean, the pool is lovely, and the view spectacular.

If you go, be aware to bring cash as ATMs are not to be found nearby and the hotel prefers not to take credit cards. As well, most of the nearby business only take rupiah and not plastic.

The staff here is very caring both at the reception and throughout the property, and the location is conveniently close to downtown and the dive shop.

We stayed 12 days in Bali, 4 out of that in Amed area in Barong and it was the best phase of our vacation. Staff was amazing and owner always helpful and trying to make our stay perfect in any way he could. We stayed over christmas and a candlelit table was set for us at the pool with food ordered off the menu. Rooms were cozy with a beautiful ocean view. All and all Barong Cafe was amazing and definitely perfect value for money. The construction described in earlier reviews is already finished.

The only downside we found is that credit card payment was not possible.

With attentive staff and comfortable amenities, Barong Cafe Bungalow And Restaurant provided a truly enjoyable experience.

There were spider webs around the bedside table, and the room was a bit noisy because it was so close to the road.
